June 21, 2023
It’s coming down to the wire! Google is replacing Universal Analytics (UA) with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The sunset date for UA is July 1, 2023. After this date, UA will not collect any new data. Migrating can be a complicated process, even if you’re already using Google Tag Manager (GTM). This transition is a good time to audit your existing analytics tracking to make sure your GA4 setup is as good, or even better than your UA setup. designthis! can help with auditing UA and creating a plan to setup up the proper tags so that the transition is seamless.
Google will provide access to data from UA for at least 6 months after July 1, 2023. After that, it’s gone.
We have already begun converting our clients over, with or without ecommerce. Below are the services we offer:

Convert UA tracking to work in GA4 and confirm tracking data in GA4 using GTA. These may include: Clicks, Page Views, Bounce Rate.

But that’s not all! If you select a plan with us, we will provide a complimentary Google Analytics Overview Dashboard that allows you to track your data in a quick and easy-to-understand way.
